MultiMEMS - SensoNor's MPW Service
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Participate in MPW Run 13, the last run that will be offered by the MultiMEMS MPW service.
- The MultiMEMS MPW service to be discontinued on 30 October, 2009.
SensoNor Technologies, or briefly SensoNor, offers its proprietary manufacturing MPW (Multi-Project Wafer) process in silicon and borosilicate glass wafers under the MultiMEMS generic name.
The MultiMEMS MPW process is based on SensoNor's well-established bulk silicon and glass micromachining technologies.
