How to Access the MultiMEMS Service

To obtain full access to the MultiMEMS service, the users need to follow the procedure described below.

1 Become a Customer

If you are a returning customer in possession of a valid License Agreement, skip this step.

In order to obtain the latest version of the Design Handbook and access the manufacturing service, the first-time users need to sign a license agreement:

Go to License Agreement page, then follow the instructions.

2 Book a Place

In order to manufacture prototypes in the MultiMEMS MPW process, customers need to book a place on the next available MPW run:

Go to MPW Booking Form page, then follow the instructions.

3 Prepare the Project(s)

Go to Layout Templates page, then follow the instructions.

Prepare your project(s) and the auxiliary documentation. Follow the instructions provided in Section 6-2-9 of the Design Handbook.

4 Submit the Project(s)

Submit the project(s), in GDS II format, by e-mail, to the MultiMEMS MPW co-ordinator. In order to allow for corrections and/or improvements, the design/database should be submitted as earlier as possible.

Check the status of your submitted project(s) in the Next MPW Run page. Retrieve the Project Report, if available. Act upon the listed issues.

Submit by e-mail the final version of the design(s), in GDS II format, prior to the posted Design Submission Date (announced in the Next MPW Run page).

Follow the status of the manufacturing process in the Current MPW Run page.

Shortly after the posted Delivery Date, announced in the Current MPW Run page, you will receive ca. 100 untested prototypes of your design(s).
