The MultiMEMS Offer

Through the MultiMEMS MPW service, Infineon Technologies SensoNor offers the possibility to manufacture^[1] prototypes of MEMS designs, known as MultiMEMS Dice, in small quantities and lower costs.

1. For the time being, MultiMEMS offers only manufacturing services. Additional services, such as design support, feasibility studies, simulations, add-on processes, surface functionalisation and/or modification, reliability tests, packaging and system integration, are offered by our Partners.
