The MultiMEMS basic prices are specified in in the table below.

⁽¹⁾ PRICE-A is applicable for academic users.

⁽²⁾ PRICE-B is applicable for non-academic users.

⁽³⁾ Additional costs, such as the price for the dedicated mask plate, will be shared between all the customers requesting the same add-on process.

Pricing Terms

(1) The present Pricing Terms, unless modified or completed by a written agreement, fully apply to all offered MultiMEMS products and services.

(2) The basic prices of the products and services offered by MultiMEMS are listed in the table above or, if available, in the downloadable current quotation. Infineon Technologies SensoNor reserves the right to adapt the prices.

(3) The listed prices became effective on the aforementioned "Effective Date". Previously issued quotations for the MultiMEMS services are no longer applicable.

(4) The listed prices do not include applicable duties and taxes that Infineon Technologies SensoNor may be required to collect or pay (see also Section 13.0 of the License Agreement).

(5) In some cases, customers may be eligible for discounts. See the "Discounts" section below.

(6) The customers will be invoiced upon the completion of the service.

(7) In the event of a change in our quotations, the customers will be invoiced according to the applicable quotation at time of ordering the service.

(8) Payment should be received within 30 days from invoice date.

Discounts

Since for the time being there is no strict discount policy, please contact directly the MultiMEMS MPW co-ordinator for more information.

However, the following guidelines apply:

Customers submitting three or more projects for the same MPW run are eligible for discounts;
Returning customers may be eligible for discounts.
