Infineon Technologies SensoNor offers two MultiMEMS MPW runs per year. The schedule of the current and incoming MPW runs is specified in the table below.

Reservation Date:
The date prior to which at least the filled-in and signed MPW Booking Form should be submitted.
Design Submission Date:
The date prior to which the design, in GDS II format, must be submitted in its final form for inclusion on the next MultiMEMS MPW.
Delivery Date:
The date prior to which the diced MultiMEMS wafers will be shipped to the individual customers.
